How account deletion works

  1. Enter the WhatsApp / mobile number linked to your CounterBill account.
  2. Submit the deletion request using the form below.
  3. Your request is accepted immediately. The account and associated app data are deleted automatically after 1 week.

What is deleted

  • User profile and login details
  • Shop / company profile for that account (where applicable)
  • Products, stock, bills/invoices, customers, and staff linked to that account
  • Other app data stored for providing CounterBill services

Some records may be retained longer if required by law (for example tax or dispute records). See our Privacy Policy.

After you submit, your CounterBill account linked to this number will be scheduled for deletion and removed automatically within 1 week.
