1. Agreement

By downloading or using CounterBill ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. CounterBill is provided by YTCorporation ("we", "us"). Package name: com.ytcorp.counterbill.

2. The service

CounterBill helps shops:

• Create GST and non-GST bills / invoices
• Manage products and stock
• Track basic analytics
• Add counter staff accounts under a shop owner

Features may change as we improve the product.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate shop and contact details. You are responsible for activity under your account and for OTP/login security. Shop owners are responsible for staff (counter) accounts they create.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans and free trials (if offered) are subject to the plan details shown in-app. Fees, renewals, and taxes may apply. Failure to maintain an active plan may limit access to paid features.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access
• Disrupt operations or use the App for unlawful activity
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the App without permission

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoices, GST treatment, and filings you generate.

6. Intellectual property

The CounterBill name, branding, and app software are owned by YTCorporation or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for your business.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of your shop data (products, bills, customers). You grant us a license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

8. Disclaimer

CounterBill is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will meet every legal/tax requirement for your jurisdiction. Consult a CA or legal advisor for compliance decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the App.

10. Privacy

Your use of CounterBill is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date will reflect revisions.
